We received a call from a good friend of Carter’s (and all dogs btw) who heard of a pup in need of our help. At a provincial facility and in bad shape. Has either been hit by a car or tossed from one and has been living with broken bones for quite some time. Has lost all muscle mass on the broken leg. Also cuts, scrapes and burns on his body. We have pulled him and taken him for a vet visit but now need to raise the funds to fix this broken boy. You can donate right here on this page to help with his surgical costs.
