Ginger, a Shepherd, is approximately 3 years old and loves nothing more than being outside playing and going for walks. She plays well with the other dogs here in rescue and loves human interaction.
Ginger is looking for a home and family that enjoys being outside – whether it’s a hike through the bush or a walk around town. She has been working on her leash manners and will need a family that is able to work with her and set boundaries. Ginger suffered some compression to her hind end while she was being transported to the meat market in China. This has resulted in some early arthritic issues in her hips and hind legs. She is well managed on a daily dose of pain/anti-inflammatory medication, which will be required for the remainder of her life.
